PREFACE
The VIDYASAGAR TEACHERS’ TRAINING COLLEGE attempts
at giving detailed actual information about its location, aims and objectives,
the working hours, the duration of classes, the curriculum, and the procedure of
admission etc. needed by a trainee.
Besides all these it tries to apprise the people of Malda and North Bengal and
also interested persons of India the Aims & Objectives of the college.
OUR EFFORT
Now -a-days, N.G.O. has a vital role in every spheres of life especially in
the field of education, higher education, and socio-economics. With a view to
the crying need for the establishment of a B.Ed. College at Sagardighi in the
district of Malda, West Bengal Known as Gour in ancient history of India to
cater to the needs of the unemployed higher educated youths of Malda and of
North Bengal and to help them in getting employment promoted by the spirit of
N.G.O. in different spheres in the field of education undertook a noble and
commendable endeavor in this regard and with the co-operation and help of the
Government of West Bengal, it has been able to realize its dream into reality.
The B.Ed College Prepares the students for active life commitment and includes
dimensions that permeates the entire education.The education is value oriented ;
encourages a realistic knowledge of the world in which we live. It relies upon a
spirit of harmony among teaching staff and administrators that take place within
a structure that adopts means and methods to achieve the above objects most
effectively. Teacher are well trained and professionally competent to provide a
high standard of Education and to help and guide the students in developing
their personalities with a sound knowledge of modern psychology Education and
environment.
